The 0se is complex with subtle gun flint and biscuit aromas adding to the interest of this 'Chablis' inspired wine.Under prime cellaring conditions this wine has the ability to cellar well for up to 8 years.

    The colour is pale straw gold with green hues.The perfumed 0se displays creamy peach and stone fruit aromas backed by rich cashew nut oak characters.The fruit driven palate is complex, smooth and rounded with a balanced acid structure. It displays peach and nectarine primary fruit accompanied by creamy cashew nut characters from barrel fermentation and maturation. The finish is long with fine, lingering fruit flavours.Great with chicken, semi roasted tomatoes and bocconcini tart, asparagus and parmesan fettuccine.

    In commemoration of the year the property was settled, Bunnamagoo has adopted the name “1827” for special releases of its finest wines. The 1827 Chardonnay is made using fruit from Bunnamagoo high altitude vineyard at Rockley.

    The 2012 Bunnamagoo Riesling uses gently pressed premium fruit to extract soft free-run juice with delicate flavours and a fine structure. Bunnamagoo's winemaker, Rob Black, fermented the juice at cool temperatures to retain bright apple and citrus aromatics with hints of lemon and grapefruit. The flavours linger on the palate with mouth-watering acidity balanced with a natural sweetness. This wine will develop and reward careful cellaring for many years to come.

    Since European settlement in the 1840's, olive trees have thrived in McLaren Vale. They are alongside roads, in gardens and occasionally, in the middle of our chardonnay vineyards blocking our harvester!The 0se is aromatic and lifted with white flowers, tropical fruits, granny smith apples and white nectarine.The palate has considerable weight with a lovely mid palate of white peach, lime and a touch of brioche. There is zesty acidity that builds on the palate to a long savoury finish with a hint of cashew nut and faint, fine, textural tannins.
